Winter hours 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Summer hours 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
After hours by appointment
Outcalls:
Available on all massage and body work. We require at least 2 people to receive services. There will be an additional charge. All other treatments are done in house.
Reservations:
Reservations are preferred but not absolutely necessary. We will ask for a credit card number to ensure your space. You are guaranteed your time selected when booking ahead and can also ask any questions you may have about your treatment. Generally, calling a day or two before your appointment will give you plenty of flexibility. We will try our best to accommodate your requests. Without a reservation you may not be able to receive the exact date and time requested, especially during the high season.
Cancellation Policy:
If you do make a reservation and need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, or 48 hours if you are scheduled for more than one treatment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment you will be charged 100%. Special occasions and/or large group bookings are asked to cancel at least one week before. Every client is important to us and we want you to have the best possible experience at Aura Spa. This policy guarantees our full attention to you during your time with us.
Payment:
We accept U.S. currency, local checks, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Sales tax is included.
Gift Certificates:
